Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of information held by Malone Adult Basketball League, including information associated with the “Malone Adult Basketball League” Meta app. You do not need to log in to submit a request.

How to request deletion

1. Email Director Merrill McKee at merrill.mckee78@gmail.com with the subject Malone Basketball — Data deletion request.
2. Include your name, the email address associated with your league account (if any), and the information you want removed. If the request concerns Facebook, include the relevant Page or post link and explain your connection to it.
3. Tell us whether you want your website account closed, particular information removed, or Facebook integration data reviewed. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents in the initial email.

What happens next

The Director will review your request, may contact you to confirm your identity or clarify the records involved, and will reply with the outcome or any additional steps needed. You can request a status update by replying to the same email thread.

We will delete or anonymize information that can be removed, and explain any information that must remain for legitimate league administration, security, financial records, disputes or applicable requirements. Closing an account may remove access to team or officiating tools. Season results and historical records require separate review; account closure does not automatically erase every published game record.

Facebook information

The integration stores publishing records such as Facebook post IDs and status information. An authorized Page administrator can ask us to disconnect the integration and remove stored credentials and associated records. Disconnecting it does not automatically delete existing Facebook posts. Please identify posts you want reviewed for removal. Requests about data held independently by Meta must also be directed to Meta.
